BST material blower is a high-efficiency ventilation equipment designed for pneumatic conveying and granular/powdered material processing. Its core function is to realize the conveying, unloading, dust removal and system circulation of powdered and granular materials (such as cement, sand and gravel, grain, plastic granules, coal powder, slag, etc.) through stable airflow drive. The product is suitable for positive pressure conveying, negative pressure pumping, silo unloading and other working conditions. It is widely used in building materials, chemical industry, grain processing, environmental protection, electric power and other industries, and is the core power equipment of material conveying system.
1. Strong wear resistance, adaptable to multiple material characteristics
● Material customization: According to the hardness of the material (such as quartz sand, cement clinker) and corrosiveness (such as wet desulfurization ash, chemical particles), Q235B+ceramic coating (wear-resistant layer thickness ≥ 1mm, life increased by 3 times), 304/316L stainless steel (corrosion-resistant + easy to clean) and other materials can be selected;
● Structural optimization: The impeller adopts a multi-blade large channel design (channel width > 1/5 of the impeller diameter) to reduce the collision and friction between the material and the blades; the surface is laser cladding treated, and wear-resistant linings (such as high manganese steel) are installed at key parts (such as feed inlet and impeller edge), and the damage resistance is increased by 40%.
2. Anti-blocking to ensure continuous transportation.
● Fluid mechanics optimization: The air inlet adopts a bell-mouth expansion design (expansion ratio 1:1.5) to reduce the flow velocity impact when the material enters and avoid bridge blockage; a wear-resistant guide plate (inclination angle 60") is added to the inner wall of the casing to guide the material to flow along the blade direction.
● Intelligent anti-blocking monitoring (optional): built-in vibration sensor + blockage alarm module, when the material accumulation causes abnormal vibration, it automatically triggers shutdown and pushes an early warning to prevent damage to the machine.
3. Reliable sealing to reduce material leakage
● Shaft end sealing: adopts a double mechanical seal + labyrinth seal combination (resistant to particle wear), and with the introduction of compressed air (pressure 0.1-0.3MPa) into the sealing chamber, an air-sealed barrier is formed to prevent fine powder (such as flour, plastic grains) from leaking from the shaft end;
● Casing sealing: The casing joint seams are fully welded + sealant treatment (such as silicone sealant), and the inlet and outlet flanges are equipped with oil-resistant rubber pads to ensure the negative pressure of the entire system (≤-5K Pa) or positive pressure (≤15kPa) conditions.
4. High efficiency and energy saving, suitable for complex working conditions
● Three-dimensional flow impeller design: based on material density (0.1-2.5t/m°) and particle diameter (0.1-50mm), the blade angle and curvature are optimized, and the airflow efficiency is 378% (10%-15% higher than ordinary fans);
● Integrated frequency conversion control: standard variable frequency motor (IP55 protection), the speed can be dynamically adjusted according to the conveying volume through the PLC system (adjustment range 30%-100%), and the energy saving rate is more than 25%;
● Low speed and high torque: the motor is directly connected to the fan (or belt drive is optional), the speed range is 1450-300rpm (low speed type), reducing the crushing of materials by high-speed airflow (such as grains, feed)
5. Explosion-proof safety, to deal with special materials
Special models for flammable materials (such as coal powder, aluminum powder) adopt explosion-proof design (ExdIBT4 Gb certification), the gaps between the motor, junction box and impeller all meet explosion-proof standards to prevent explosions caused by static electricity or friction sparks; the grounding resistance of the machine is ≤1Q, and key components (such as bearings) are coated with anti-static coating to ensure the safety of the entire system.
